Our Services

FreshAura Cleaning Co provides residential cleaning services including:

  • Regular house cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
  • Deep cleaning services
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • One-time cleaning services

Booking and Scheduling

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance
  • We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
  • Access to your home must be provided at the scheduled time

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services
  • We accept cash, check, or major credit cards
  • Prices may vary based on home size and condition
  • Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

  • Provide safe access to your home
  • Secure or remove valuable and fragile items
  • Inform us of any specific cleaning requirements or concerns
  • Ensure pets are secured during cleaning
  • Provide accurate contact information

Liability and Insurance

FreshAura Cleaning Co is fully insured and bonded. We will take responsibility for any damage caused by our negligence during the provision of our services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear
  • Damage to items not properly secured
  • Items over $100 in value unless disclosed
  • Damage due to faulty or damaged surfaces

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.
